  • 3 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 2 fresh chicken breasts (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (omit if sensitive)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (use cucumber if avoiding tomatoes)
  • Fresh basil
  • Sea salt to taste

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Spiralize zucchini into noodles
  2. If using chicken, cook and slice
  3. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan
  4. Sauté zucchini noodles for 2-3 minutes (don't overcook)
  5. Season with salt
  6. Top with chicken if using
  7. Drizzle with remaining olive oil
  8. Garnish with fresh basil
