🥘 Ingredients

  • 2 fresh chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 cups water or homemade broth
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot
  2. Add onion, carrots, and celery, cook 5 minutes
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink
  4. Add water or broth and bring to boil
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes
  6. Add zucchini and cook 5 more minutes
  7. Season with salt and herbs
  8. Serve hot and eat immediately
