Refreshing Cucumber Salad

🥘 Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (check tolerance)
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- Sea salt to taste
👨🍳 Instructions
- Slice cucumbers thinly
- Add sliced onion
- Whisk together olive oil and vinegar
- Pour dressing over cucumbers
- Add fresh dill and salt
- Toss gently
- Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes
