Simple Chicken & Rice Bowl
A nourishing, easy-to-digest bowl with fresh chicken, white rice, and steamed vegetables.
🥘 Ingredients
- 2 fresh chicken breasts
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional: parsley, chives)
👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions
- Season chicken breasts with salt
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked
- Steam broccoli and carrots for 5-7 minutes
- Slice chicken and arrange over rice
- Add steamed vegetables on the side
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired
