🥘 Ingredients

  • 8 rice paper wrappers
  • 2 fresh chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 2 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large cucumber, julienned
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • Rice noodles, cooked (optional)
  • Tahini dipping sauce (tahini, water, salt, garlic)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook chicken and slice thinly
  2. Prepare all vegetables and herbs
  3. Fill a shallow dish with warm water
  4. Dip one rice paper wrapper in water for 3-5 seconds
  5. Place on clean surface
  6. Add lettuce, cucumber, carrot, herbs, chicken in center
  7. Fold sides in, then roll tightly
  8. Repeat with remaining wrappers
  9. For dipping sauce: mix tahini with water until pourable, add salt and garlic
  10. Serve immediately with tahini sauce
